Jana Horton brings an exceptional depth of medical and administrative experience to our practice. After retiring from a long and accomplished career, Jana chose to step back into the workforce to support our administrative operations, offering the kind of institutional knowledge and calm competence that can only come from decades in healthcare.

Her professional background spans multiple facets of the medical system. Jana worked extensively within hospital systems in both Kansas and Nevada, ultimately concluding that chapter of her career as a laboratory manager for St. Rose Hospitals.

Jana also spent time in medical education, teaching entry-level healthcare courses at PIMA Medical Institute, including medical coding and billing, medical assisting, and phlebotomy. Her ability to translate complex systems into clear, practical processes has been a consistent strength throughout her career.

Driven by a continued passion for helping others, Jana later returned to school and earned her degree as a Speech-Language Pathologist. She went on to serve the Clark County School District (CCSD) for over a decade, supporting students and families. Due to health concerns, she retired during COVID-19.

Today, Jana’s broad medical knowledge, administrative expertise, and steady presence make her an invaluable part of our team. She is also the creative force behind the festive holiday decorations that appear around the office, and if you notice touches of pink or a subtle nod to the Chiefs, you can safely assume Jana had a hand in it. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, keeping up with her favorite TV shows, and cuddling with her beloved cat, Callie.
