Therapy Services

We offer therapy that meets you where you are. Therapy is a powerful tool for self-discovery, emotional well-being, and personal growth. Our approach is relational, evidence-based, and collaborative. Whether you’re looking to improve relationships, develop coping strategies, or gain deeper insight into yourself, our therapy services offer the support and tools to foster meaningful, lasting change.

Licensed Clinicians:

  • $250 initial intake (60-90 minutes)

  • $200 per 60-minute session

  • $100 per 30-minute session

Practicum Students (under close supervision):

  • $150 initial intake (60-90 minutes)

  • $100 per 60-minute session

  • Sliding scale available for qualified clients

Comprehensive Evaluations

  • Common referrals: ADHD, learning disorders, autism, cognitive abilities, & emotional functioning

  • Self-pay rate: $2,500

  • Insurance may cover some components.

Standardized Testing Accommodations

  • For SAT, ACT, GRE, MCAT, LSAT, & board exams

  • Includes full evaluation with documentation for accommodations

Reiki Healing Session

  • Reiki meditation is a gentle, energy-based practice that combines the calming power of meditation with the healing flow of Reiki energy.

  • Skill-building for time management, planning, follow-through, and organization. Helpful for students, professionals, or adults struggling with structure. Offered virtually or in person

Parenting Coaching & Support

  • Tailored guidance for managing parenting stress, burnout, and family dynamic. Designed to provide targeted, solution-focused consultation for parents. This is not a replacement for therapy. Can be combined with evaluation or therapy services.

School Consultations

  • Includes teacher collaboration, behavior plans, classroom observations, and being present for IEP meetings
